So it’s only funny when Brian Harvey does it? His wasn't a 6500kg monster truck ploughing snow in one of the worst storms of a generation. Harvey got squashed by his Ford when he got the shopping

Parking one of these would be tricky at Tesco . Don't know what model Pistenbully Renner has but they're all like this.

You'd think 6500kg would have Wile E. Coyote pancaked him.

You can tell how serious it must be by how few Simpsons Mr Plow memes have been made or are doing the rounds about it

Apparently he tried to get back in the thing as it started moving whilst he was talking to somebody outside. Probably got his foot stuck in the track.... looking at that picture it will be a miracle if he keeps his leg.

Only if the door is on the side of the cab, like we’re conditioned to expect. I’d think you’d get into the seat from behind, also due to conditioning.

Did I see MODOK in there? I wonder if they’ll break Patton Oswald back

I preferred that trailer to the first one they released. Not sure I'll bother going to the cinema to see it but I'll watch it when it hits Disney+.

Total CGI fest, definitely not excited about it, but has to be watched as Kang is the next big villain

I know Jonathan Majors is a granite carved super hunk but he really is not a very good actor.

Yeah he's rise to fame is baffling. He was dreadful in that Lovecraft thing.

I liked the bit where the real people were surrounded by the computer graphics.
Honestly, I don't think there's a way you can do MODOK po faced. It'll look absolutely ridiculous to people unfamiliar with the character.

Yeah he's rise to fame is baffling. He was dreadful in that Lovecraft thing. Which was made even more notable by the fact that everyone else was absolutely excellent. The rest of the cast was killing it and then he would wander on, sounding like he had just come out of major dental surgery with a mouth full of cotton wool and novocaine.

Same as Star Wars, they made them because they had to, not because they had good ideas for them.

Is this one of those trailers that gives away the entire movie?

I think I just can't be arsed with Marvel any more. The only one that I've seen in the last fuck load of years is the last Doctor Strange one, and even then I didn't LOVE it. That trailer did nothing for me. It just looks like something I've seen before.

It's mostly just oversaturation like star wars as mentioned above. Filler pushed out to justify subscription fees. Might get a few gems but it's mostly going to be rushed, cookie cutter and with minimal risk.
In a perfect world it probably needed a hiatus after end game 5-10 years. Get people excited again and then rinse repeat with a different spin.

I mean, there were two years between Far From Home and Black Widow. Considering we were used to three films a year by that point, that was quite the hiatus.
Everyone on this thread seems super grumpy about the MCU, but I know by the time BW came out in 2021 me and my fellow excited-MCU-nerd friends were desperate for more. That felt like a HUGE gap. Now we've got even more capital-C Content than we know what to do with, so I actually would appreciate a bit more breathing room. If the rumours are true of them moving away somewhat from D+ series and focusing on films and one-off specials, then I think that would actually be a bit better.
I'm incredibly excited by this film, in terms of how it positions Kang going forward; I do worry that it's out of place for an Ant-Man film though, as the previous two have been low-stakes and rather jolly affairs.

Well, who the fuck else have they got? Other than Spiderman, he's probably the biggest Avenger they have left and it remains to be seen whether we get another Spiderman.
Leaves you with Thor and Ant Man. Mmm, top quality content.
