So this game drip feeds everything I take it. I just got to grab 6 mystery S3 cards from the token shop. Got Shuri who I've already used to devasting effect with kitty pride. Yet to draw super skrull from my deck, that could be fun.

Yeah once your pool 2 complete it starts to sloe down. I'm card level 3800ish and a few short of having all the pool 3 ones.

Got to he last match in the gold league of Conquest then lost handily to a move deck with Silk and Ghost Spider. I've seen that deck too, and I was so impressed that I went and bought Silk from the Token Store when I had been holding out for The Living Tribunal. Had to get the premium pass to (I simply HAD to) so I could try out the deck. I think I've enjoyed bounce and move decks more than any other, with the exception of my Ol' Faithful Swiss Army deck I've been tweaking since week one.  |

Galactus change is an interesting one, and I think fair. Kills my deck with him and MrNeg, but the extra 5 power makes other variations with him more possible. But he's no use in Conquest which I am really enjoying.
Not had time to play much yet, but won the proving grounds and silver on the first try, then got to the final round of a gold mach. All using my Jubliee deck but I need something with a bit more variety, as coming up against a HE deck caused issues - not helped by the last round (2 lives left each) having possibly the worst combo of locations for that deck.
I was getting a bit jaded, having hit 100 last season (sitting at 88 now) and it all being a bit routine, but I think Conquest mode is going to draw me back in as it makes you take a different approach.
I'm back to having all pool 3 cards now and 16,000 collector tokens. Very tempted by the season pass this time, as I did enjoy playing move decks in the earlier days.

The Weekend Missions were meant to launch this w/e but has been pulled because of problems. Earn tokens and other rewards for completing missions with Silk and Ghost Spider in your deck.
If you bought Silk already or buy it before the 20th you'll get 1000 tokens compensation. Worth thinking about if you haven't got it and have enough tokens, pick up a decent new P5 card for a discount price.

Grrrr, recently I keep playing against people with loads of great cards I don't have. I'm getting absolutely hammered at the moment.
The last game I just played was against a high evo deck. I got completely blindsided by it.

I hate playing against High Evo decks, it's no fun at all. As I don't have the card I don't have any feel for what's going to happen. With other decks (Patriot, Destroy, Move, even Galactus, Wong/White Tiger, etc) there's a fun element of trying to play against it, but High Evo is strangely one note. Thanos is similar, maybe worse, as it's so rare to see Thanos himself.

I've really been enjoying Conquest mode.
Had an epic match last night, second of three in a gold run. We had very similar Destroy decks, both with Knull, Death and Shang-Chi, but different lower level cards. First round they retreated, second round we both snapped and I won. They held on with one life left till the 9th round, winning with the slimmest of victories each time. Last round, cards landed perfectly for me and going into turn 6 I had all three locations, 0 cost Death, powered up Sabretooth and Knull to play. Lot's of fist pumping and hopefully they had enjoyed it as much as I did, despite them loosing. Times like that I wish there was an open chat so could have congratulated them on their (near) comeback - though glad there isn't really, would probably be hell.
Played the third match after - went to 7 rounds - I didn't win. Still chasing that Infinity ticket.

Made to infinite for the first time last night by *gasp* playing a deck that took advantage of the featured location.
I've been playing pretty much daily since launch but this season I found taking a couple of days break and coming back helped me ladder faster weirdly.
Usually I'll scrape into the 90s in the last week of the season so I'm pretty happy.

I'm wallowing in low 60s at the moment. Had a great ascent all the way from 17 this season to 64 using an ongoing deck. Then started hitting a brick wall, tried other decks and I've lost countless matches and only won a few 2 cubes matches here or there.
I too am hoping a break might help.

A nice and welcome change. Once you've filled Pool 3 the chance of picking up new cards from caches was once in a blue moon. Guess this new system depends how long it takes your missing Pool 4 & 5 cards to come around in the weekly cache rotation...
Means that all you really need to save tokens for is the new card releases in the shop?

Just waiting for hit monkey and miles morales to complete a couple of decks. Hovering around 73 atm.

Best advice I heard was after turn 3 and having seen all the locations. Decide if you have more than a 60% chance of winning. Less retreat, more snap.
I also had two cards in my deck that I needed to pull really. If either of those weren't up by turn 3 I would retreat.
