Bit strong - and no-one is being asked to give up their lives for a while, but I agree it is tedious as fuck. A couple of days of official mourning I can accept / live with due to the historical significance. Any longer can do one. Also have to respect her for not being a cunt pretty much her entire life. All the others managed to fuck theirs up in a much shorter space of time, and they weren't even in charge. So yeah RIP and all that. Also, Harry is a cunt, obv. |

My 7 Yr old niece plays football for her local team and her match for tonight has been cancelled. That's just going a bit too far to me? Have a moment of silence before hand and carry on. Queen was well into sport and education, surely she wouldn't want things down to this level to stop. Yeah all grassroots cancelled. Was meant to be our first game of the season this weekend. Bit far in my opinion but, meh. |

It's a bit ridiculous, I don't see why life needs to screech to a halt. Yes it's sad, I suppose, but ultimately she meant very little to me so I'm not going to stop doing things that bring some joy into my generally bleak existence.
Again, I'm just happy we're in the age of video-on-demand, terrestrial TV is going to be insufferable.
