A lot of these points would make a lot more sense to me if it weren't for the fact she was just a figurehead ambassador for her entire life. Most of the stuff here are reasons to hate the UK and the Empire in particular (hot take!). I guess yeah being the primary symbol of all that I sort of get it but hating on her personally strikes me as blame misplaced Technically, Hitler never killed anyone. Really makes you think. |

Not sure that this chip shop owners grievance was legitimate, which was why I posted it. Unless she really was a lizard.

I switched off from this, no care for the Queen personally and it didnt stop me going out for drinks last night with friends but I do find it strange how some people really dont want anyone saying anything good about her.

Also I'm exhibiting at the annual AEA (Association of Electoral Administrators) seminar on Monday at the Hilton in Birmingham near the NEC. We have been told its still on but they would appreciate it if we wear a black tie. FFS

My 7 Yr old niece plays football for her local team and her match for tonight has been cancelled. That's just going a bit too far to me? Have a moment of silence before hand and carry on. Queen was well into sport and education, surely she wouldn't want things down to this level to stop.
