Anybody else freak out tonight after getting an email saying you'd downloaded a free pack for Diablo IV. Hell of a way to announce a free download... Thought I'd been hacked and Immediately changed my PSN password. Nada, sounds scammy. |

I've reverted back to death trap on my seasonal rogue. So apart from using puncture + poison imbued, it's now roughly the same build.
I'm going to have to swap the rogues passive ability back to momentum though and I definitely need the aspect that heals you when momentum is active. Except that's a random drop, not a specific dungeon find which is a bit of a pisser.
Still enjoying it though. Once I get settled with this char, I should be good to give it a proper go I reckon.

I've only been holiday a few days I'm itching to run some dungeons. A steam deck is looking more appealing for a bit of gaming whilst away.

I've run out of slots to put an aspect on too. Pissing about is now double with the heart slot shenanigans - I've got a good heart in my amulet and a good aspect on it too, but now I've got a better amulet and while I can move the aspect, I can't move the heart.

I find item and aspect upgrading to be a mammoth logistical task. I have some great upgrade items but if I want to swap aspect positions then I have to wait to get another replacement item in a slot so I can swap aspects smoothly and all at once.
I carry them around so I remind myself these are my next gear upgrades and then get nervous I am going to salvage them when not paying attention.
Also got a 820 ring of mendeln with upper mid stats the other day. Shame I sacrificed all my minions!

Oh is that the desert/necro one? I hated it until I was overpowered Feel for you on the network error thing. I've gone back to Borderlands 2 and every cutscene likes to crash. Starting to think it's much more of a PS5 thing than a game thing. |

Like I've said before, there is a germ of a great game in here. But right now it all feels a bit pointless - particularly the loot. So I'm going to wait a few months to jump back in.
(it also doesn't help that BG3 is monopolizing my free time right now)

Need to get back to this, had a break after dying to the Act 1 final boss.
It’s all a bit….busy? Some of the quests are just boring and after a while, you just see through the dungeons, filling up essence from elites etc etc

This will be a good game eventually no doubt, its just not at the minute though. Stats, resists, affixes, etc all need a major rework. Only annoying thing is I redeemed the BP, and now can't be arsed to finish it for the fancy pants mount.

The BP is a huge fucking grind. Moreso it seems than any other BP I've bought. Granted, I don't buy these things very often and don't have a lot to compare it to, but both Destiny and Division it always felt like I was actually making progress. Here I'm doing fuck all.

This is the problem I have with all things blizzard these days. Where normally a free to play game has a battle pass for £9 and you can unlock enough points to get the next season free. Blizzard charges you for both with nothing to gain. Useless I tell ye. |

I've been playing this tonight with a bunch of ransoms, 4 man nightmare dungeons tiers 40 to 69. It's mental. Just screen filling madness.
So many enemies on screen trying to leap on you and the visual clutter with vulnerable, immune or damage numbers pinging all over. It was like crack and with the xp buff I've jumped to 83 now. 3 more levels and I'll have matched my eternal sorc
Uograded 2 more glyphs to 15 and got a 3rd to 12. My necro is death incarnate now, shit just pops all over.
Season is probably done for me though with starfield in sight...

They're making levelling to 100 easier this season, but I bet it'll still be the equivalent of working a second job if you actually want to achieve it.
I'll probably come back for the inevitable year 1 expansion, when they've hopefully addressed a few of my concerns. I'd still rather just play D3 than this, despite loving it at first.
