That advice about switching all the controller assists to semi is bang on, btw. My accuracy just sky rocketed and I'm playing some ridiculous passes/through balls now.

You get coins for completing games and single player exhibition matches. Then there's like a season pass thing when you gain enough xp you get rewards.
I never buy fifa coins and don't feel like I'm missing out. Always end up with a quality team.
Definitely doesn't feel grindy.

There's this new stars thing where you complete mini games and can spend on packs etc. Made it much easier this year to get packs.

Is there anywhere cheaper than 70quid to buy this digitally for ps5?! Signing up for EA play for a month is 79p at the minute. That drops the price to about £62. If you then buy the PSN credit off Shopto drops it to about £56. |

Especially if you’re enjoying career player mode, pro clubs is like an online version of that. And it’s not (yet) been monetised at all, progression is only based on playing well (or a lot) |

Just watched spoonys sliders video for career mode. He reckons setting marking to 100 for both player and AI and dropping the passing speed to 40 (for both) makes the game play quite a bit better. He plays 3 minute halves as well but I might look towards 4.
Logic behind them, 40 passing stops the ai pinball a bit.
The marking obviously just tightens things at the back for both teams.
The 3 minute halves bring the scorelines to realistic levels.
He is using them on world class difficulty.

@frog I'm playing 4 min halves at the moment and it is frankly ridiculous. Even on world class, seeing lots of 5-3/6-4 scores.
