Have you tried seared tuna or swordfish?
I rarely eat fish and pretty much never cook it, but really enjoy it whenever I do.

There's one place we go to in Worthing that does great fish and chips, but their curry sauce is really tomatoey. It ruins the whole meal. I've had to resort to ordering mushy peas instead. And a small violin.

Nah, hot & spicy chicken burgers - needed a quick oven meal. Cajuned up the fries and made a spicy mayo. Dad was disgusted. I was sated.

They were at the more acceptable end of seafood for me, but nothing I'd prefer to lots of other things. In fact, the only fish meal I've really enjoyed was grilled sardines in Portugal. But that may have been as I was absolutely battered (pardon the pun). |
