So, chicken, stir fried in light olive oil, salt, black pepper and smoked paprika. Vegetables roasted with pepper and rosemary as follows - sweet potatoes, mushrooms, tomatoes, aubergine, butternut squash, I think that’s it.

I used to love super noodles, well the own brand version, with a bit of extra madras curry powder and reduced down a bit.
Then served with a slice of bread or two, and make a bit of noodle sandwich.

My dad used to subside entirely on some packet noodles called 'Doll Noodles', which were wonton flavour and I've not seen in years. So I make do with curry flavour super noodles.
