Coleslaw sucked too. No vinegar to it whatsoever, itβs just chopped vegetables in watery mayo.
Wonβt be getting from this place again.

I'm thinking salmon, new potatoes, broccoli and green beans.

Itβs my fault, I should have known when they proudly advertised themselves as the Utah BBQ Champions. The fuck do Mormons know about bbq?

Ordered from a new place. Brisket was ehhhhh, a bit over, but did have a good smoke taste. Ribs were good. Turkey decent. But Iβm glad they gave us sauce on the side as it sucked. Tasted like budget store bought crap, just sugar and artificial tangy-ness. On goes my stock of Carolina Gold and Kansas instead. This was bad??

Look at that brisket. Itβs falling apart. It tasted ok but it should have been way better. A perfect brisket slice should be able to lightly fold over itself without breaking.
Also the other set of ribs they left the freaking silver skin on, so thereβs a strap of smoke flavored leather covering the basically tasteless meat.

I wonder if it's because I've been eating out of bowls for the past 10 years, but all you guys pics of dinner always look so sparse... half empty plates!
If you can see some of the plate, either your plate is too big or you don't have enough stuff on it.

Tbf that would be great bbq if it was a takeaway in the UK. I'm surprised there's not more bbq places in here, seems something that would really take off.

A dinner originally destined for one of the boys from last Friday, roast chicken I might add, I will either be shitting myself in about half an hour or gloating to the wife.

Five-day-old roast chicken? You'll soon be saying hello to your twin. Either that or getting job offers from princes and dictators as a food taster.

Anyone else wait ages to see if a picture loaded in Freddie's post?
I definitely didn't refresh the page because I thought my phone didn't load the page properly.
