Anyone else wait ages to see if a picture loaded in Freddie's post? I definitely didn't refresh the page because I thought my phone didn't load the page properly. Same. I assume he's on the throne.

Also going to start on a ragu shortly here too. Simmer away for a few hours and then serve with spaghett.

Spanish cheese pales in comparison to French cheese, and Italy has the best cold cuts. Not sure any one nation can make a great selection by itself tbh. The British one would be pretty grim outside of cheese as well.

You're missing German meats there.

The British one would be pretty grim outside of cheese as well. Jamón ibérico , salchichón, chorizo, fuet, lomo, sobrasada etc. = winners. Granted, Parma, San Daniele, salami, Nduja and culatello do run them close.

You're missing German meats there. Not in the same league IMO.

Yeah, not saying they're bad by any stretch. But there are three places on a podium and Germany don't have a spot on this one.
