Macaroni cheese with added chicken (thigh, of course), panchetta, and chili pesto. Pretty hyped about it tbf A pimped macaroni cheese is a fine idea. Haggis makes a fine addition.

Chicken drumsticks. I saw them reduced and I'm too tired to care. They'll do

Spag bol. First self-made meal in my new flat. Previous owners left a nice bottle of red too.

Layered nachos. Using quorn, a spicy sauce and plenty of cheese. Guacamole on the side.
Hungry.

Guess so. Probably unhealthy but it tasted good.

Me too. Might treat myself to one. I'm defrosting one. It'll do because I don't have the funds for a trip to Hawksmoor

Subjected the kids to Toad in the Hole last night. They're British too so they'll just have to suck it up.

I'm at the local gastropub, waiting for a 300g rib-eye. Medium-rare with mushroom sauce, mash and broccolini.

Had aubergine and potato curry last night. It involves tomatoes and peas too so I'm not sure why it's called that.
It is currently exiting through the other end.

Yeah basically that, lomo de vaca they call it so loin of cow but it's what I'd call a bone in rib eye. They are very good, no going back to cheap steaks these days. As for the size of it, I used to be able to eat a whole one but this makes for a good dinner for 2 and an awesome steak sandwich for lunch the next day so it does go further than one meal.
