Pork steaks for tea, with roasts, broccoli, beans and a mustard sauce. Yet more roasts for Lizard as I don't have enough hobs. A long time since I've made a sauce, and I've only wholemeal flour, so we'll see what happens.

Chicken, chorizo, cheddar* and rocket ficelle. With mustardy mayo.
At least what passes for cheddar here.

Had proper sirloin steak last night with the last bit of French mustard remaining in our jar. Can't for life or money find any French mustard anywhere at the moment.

Bit of pork tonight, might be stretching it date wise - need to give it the smell test, if I don't post after tonight you know why.🙂

Cooking some nice thickly cut gammon, a few sausage and onion rings, with some part baked bread rolls in the air fryer, which will be nice when the butter is melting inside them.
Struggling to get the timings right though, I always seem to put the gammon on too early and have to turn the hob right down on them.
Will be accompanying this with a Johnnie Walker and coke, using the last Red Label miniature I had left over from the Xmas festivities.

Sounds alright to me, after a long day driving hundred of miles and sitting in hospital waiting rooms for hours I'm having a dodgy looking Lidl pizza it's clear nobody else's is going to eat, spruced up with some additional tommy puree, chorizo & mozzarella. Obligatory Rums on the side though need to be sensible as I have to be sociable tonight as the sister in law came down today to babysit. Another fucking great drive tom to give her a lift home, she's a good sort though generally so mustn't grumble.
BTW I would have done all of that in the air fryer.

No can't say as I do do pizza in the air fryer, that's really only because they're kind a big, don't see why you couldn't if you sliced it in half beforehand though, everything else no problem. Dougs yes thanks, a routine OP for the missus.

Never had a homemade lasagna Dude what the fuck We all have our cross to bear. On another note, I would fucking love gammon, egg and chips for tea, but I've never seen gammon anywhere in NZ. I will have to investigate.

Sounds like a keeper if you've found someone happy to chug back Stella and eat scotch eggs with you.
Local pub does a lovely nduja and bacon scotch egg with ducks eggs.
