As a big fan of Rogue One I'm quite looking forward to this based on the trailer. Granted, Andor is an incredibly vapid character, but having someone who is a bit of a blank slate could be quite good. Might go the way of Mando, and develop him over time as well as establishing more of the SW universe as a wider whole.
Plus, it's got deathtroopers. Me and the boy love deathtroopers.

As much as this looks like an attempt to be more serious and not get into the realms of Boba Fett fan service dullery, I can't see me watching this. The character was dull and we already know how it ends, so there's no real drama to be had.
Tbh, I'm getting bored of Disneyfied Star Wars.

I would unironically love a Jar Jar series.
The spin-off books (which are now canon, of course) revealed that after the rise of the Empire, Jar Jar was blamed for his involvement (being the one who proposed giving the Chancellor emergency powers in the first place) and was again exiled by the Gungans, spending his days working as a clown on the streets of Naboo. There's so much tragic potential there, backed up metafictionally by the fact that Ahmed Best had a simply terrible time in the wake of the Binks backlash, up to the point where he considered taking his own life (he's much better now, and very happy to engage with Star Wars again).
It's a hell of a needle to thread, making it funny (which it'd have to be, really) but not as OTT as Phantom Menace, but also adding the pathos and melancholy of what we now know about Jar Jar's life. But imagine if someone pulled it off? It'd be fantastic.

God I care even less about seeing what a piece of cardboard from Rogue One was up to than I think anything else in Star Wars. All this nostalgia bait is just tiring. I can't see myself giving a toss about anything Star Wars related until they got on with it and start setting stuff in another era. Although even that will probably involve 2 people hitting one another with lightsabers in front of a giant superweapon.
