Why did the Crimson Fleet pirate go to the Enhance! clinic?

When I first joined Constellation, Sarah says something along the lines of “and let’s get you into a respectable spacesuit.”

A) is she referring the one you’re all nabbing? and
B) is it a quest reward or were you meant to receive one upon joining?

Companions can equip weapons *and armour* you give them. To get them to equip armour, go into the trade menu of stuff you've given them, and equip the armour from there, the same way you would from your own inventory. It will equip on them, not you.

If you're a kleptomaniac pirate but don't like the red icon indicating an item you're using is stolen, you can "launder" it by selling it to the Trade Authority and then immediately buying it back again from the "buy back" tab.

I don't feel like Constellation have been trying very hard. Literally the next 2 missions have resulted in pieces. I've visited The Eye and got a mission to go look for another piece on Niira(sp?).

Investigated all the cave for the piece, place was deep. Spent about 45 mins scanning all the flora, fauna and resources. Just 1 resource left but can't find it yet. Few around the planet to land on another part to see if I could locate and stumbled on a secluded outpost with spacers all over it. Thoroughly enjoyed boosting all over firing lasers pewpewpew!

Looted the fuck out of it to then discover a door ... that then went into a large mine ... Full of enemies and random shit and some contraband.

3 hours later, I got back to my ship to offload.

On early main quest (into the unknown) it seems the end part is glitchy (no suprise there) i was collecting those light things for ages. After reading the same issue on reddit, left the companion outside, use 3rd person view and got about 5 and it worked

My current quest has me working for 2 factions.

Had a stealth part and my companion who's a stealth expert and can even go invisible suddenly decided she would prefer to keep starting gun fight so had to keep reloading my saves.

Can’t help but think throwing the main hub city at you straight away is a massive break on pacing - much better to give you a small outpost to get quests at at first I would have thought? As it is I had some combat/exploration the first night of playing then have spent about 3 or 4 hours going through the city with a couple of districts still to visit.

Appreciate I could go exploring and do one or two of the quests I’ve already picked up, but feels more ‘efficient’ to try and get all the quests from the city first.

Guys I’ve come to some conclusions about Starfield. It isn’t the best game ever; it isn’t the worst game ever; it has absolutely brilliant doors. I think that’s about it.

Wasn't particularly compelled to play at all this week, but put a few hours in this morning and had some fun clearing Spacers out of a research colony.

I see that the split amongst the sensible people playing on "day one" is about the same as it was for the early birds. Some just overjoyed to get Skyrim++ IIIN SPAAAAACE and others narked that so little has changed in some 20 years.

I must say that now my expectations are fully in check, I'm a little less disappointed with each successive misstep. It's still a solid 7/10 for me personally on every level, but I've completed and enjoyed my fair share of them over the years.

My other half is enjoying this a lot more than I, but she plays probably three games a year so is in no way as jaded and oversaturated with repetition as I am.

Can't see me besting my 20+ replays of Morrowind, 3 of Oblivion, and at least 5 of Skyrim. One good playthrough with a bunch of rinsing and then wait for ES6 to release in 2028 I reckon.

Yeah, I largely skipped that first city as well. I just knew it'd be full of fetch quests and scan quests, plus it wasn't easy to parse the navigation at first. I did come back to it at Level 10 or something and actually wander around the stores and wotnot though. Can't help but think that Akilla or somewhere on that scale would've been the better starting location... build up to the super cities, y'know? Excellent opening mission, too.

Had an interesting bug last night where my "landed" ship had actually landed 3/4 way into the ground, as I couldn't get into the ship I fast travelled and the ship was not visible while in orbit, it span around during the warp drive cutscene and then was unresponsive after. Ahh Bethesda.

Fwiw I'm enjoying it so far but that's tempered with knowing that it's a Bethesda game through and through for better and for worse, the NPC's still feel like mannequins, the presentation is somewhere between last gen and this gen in terms of how much loading screens there are and the engine they have is really holding it back but I understand why they still use it. I'm only LV 6 but it feels like a 7.5/10 so far.
