It kind of makes what's happening in Ukraine worth it for them to win Eurovision. With a bit of luck Putin nukes one of our cities and we'll be a shoe in for next year. Just one of the ones that don't matter like Birmingham.

They have said it will still be a celebration of Ukrainian's history and culture. Might be mixed presenting I guess, but I would expect it will be Ukrainian's Eurovision that just so happens to be hosted in the UK. |

Popped up to Liverpool for a pilgrimage to the Euro-village as a promise to my daughter, was good, got to see a couple of the songs live. The setup there is vast and Liverpool city in going all in. Worth a visit!
