On the topic of arcade sticks, my go-to is still my Xbox 360 SFIV Tournament stick. During last gen I used a bunch of Brook adapters to get it to work with PS4, XBO & Switch. Brook have a new XBS/X adapter out, but there's currently no support for PS5 (though the latest PS adapter supports PS4 games running on PS5).

Decks have you seen team ninja have a final fantasy spinoff coming out soon? It's called Stranger of Paradise. Only just heard about it myself so I missed the demos but might be worth a look as I know you like Nioh.

Kind of weird to call out Sifu there given it’s probably denser than most fighting games to git gud. I mean that sort of structure but with SF fighting gameplay, and it’s getting good with one character rather than with lots. |

I'll buy this, I'm not a fan of online play for fighters but I haven't owned 4 or 5 so there's enough new stuff to keep me entertained.

I'm all over this, hopefully it 'feels' good but you can't really tell until you have the controller in your hand. I also hope they've got proper rollback netcode in this.

I imagine it'll be like the Krypt in Mortal Kombat 11. Third-person nonsense, most likely, but no doubt we'll be able to wear a hoody, say the word 'street' a lot, and maybe do a vandalism or GBH.

Yeah the world tour seems to be from what Ive seen is create a character, no doubt earning things like stuff in the Krypt like MK11 but yeah you go round Metro City and fight people there. The only other reference to a World Tour was Street Fighter Alpha 3 from what I remember so maybe there's some stuff cribbed from there. |

Full roster has supposedly leaked Pinch of salt and all that but I'm inclined to believe it since it lines up with some things seen in the new trailer and hinted before. Would've preferred some different returning characters than those but that's the way it goes. Hope the newcomers are fun |

I saw the description of the characters from the Capcom leak a while back and one of the characters Kimberly is in the trailer at the end so yeah it's legit. Interesting redesigns, I'm actually shocked that Cammy has trousers.
Eurgh I did just notice that Ed is back, hope he's better than his trash inclusion in 5. Akuma looks fucking badass though.
Is that Oro's cloak on Ryu???

I'm delighted Dee Jay is back. Along with Adon and Sagat he was one of my favourite as Kickboxing and Thai Boxing were styles I trained in.

Also, the city looks as if it'll mostly be a way to walk up players and NPCs and get into fights, but it'd be cool if you could just walk up and beat NPC goons Yakuza style, as if it were a modern day Final Fight.
