Looking at the Reading coverage on the BBC the balance of pop to alternative really makes to feel like V Festival used to. All very safe and sanitised looking too.

I used to respect the guy. Saw him live a couple of years back singing a load of Misfits songs (including Dig Up Her Bones which made my jobby myself in happiness). Once Covid started he began to do all this weird pro-conspiracy bullshit online and all his touring bandmates went "eh, he's fuck all to do with us", and he ended up closing all his social media shit down. Haven't looked recently to see if he's back on it. Not sure if he's even arranged any more tours, and he toured like an absolute bastard before. |
