I’m going to watch the Women’s Tour tomorrow as it’s local roads. The bits I can ride to are either absolutely flat or downhill. Literally going to have a day out in order to watch some cyclist’s come past at 45kph and in about 25 seconds 🙄

If you're an power number nerd this is a good watch, it's crackers these guys do such big efforts to make breaks, then still have to do sizeable efforts to the finish even if it doesn't happen.

How does Velogames work? Is it a collaborative team thing? I was going to try a few years ago and then binned the idea when they got hacked. You make a team for yourself and you can optionally enter that team into multiple leagues. The nice thing about it is that it's fire and forget. You don't need to adjust your roster every day or substitute riders from your team. You pick 9 guys within your 100 points budget and hope for the best. |
