There's usually the treasure hunts, adverts/marketing, street selling all thrown in to keep things varied. There's usually a couple of likeable or funny candidates too. Genuinely don't see Suralan wanting to invest in this bunch of twats.

I know I've said it before, but the whole concept is increasingly bizarre. No internet access. No mobile phone usage outside of the agreed window. No calling people back about stuff you forgot to say. Presenting to a board as if the thing you've spent a grand total of two hours on that you've had no experience of doing before and has involved no experts at all is even fit to be judged in the first place.
It's funny though.

It’s completely unfair. It seems even more so this series.
Give gullible people a series of impossible tasks, edit it to make them seem totally incompetent, and then have an audience laugh at them.
At least none of them have disgraced themselves on Instagram this time.

Although I do like that they send the designers to the Gromit/Tim from The Office School of Eyebrow Raising before forcing them to realise the candidate’s terrible ideas

It was on WhatsApp and it was the young lady who told one of her Asian competitors “shut up Ghandi” on their group. Although her Instagram was filled with the sort of pseudo-intellectual / philosophical bull crap you’d expect from someone who signs up to The Apprentice. |
