Yeah, happy new year folks. We ended up with both kids snoozing on the couch while we coiffed a mini bottle of Bollinger and watched Jools. And you know what? I had ZERO fomo.
This time a year ago, though, who would have thought EG kicking us out would have been one of the brightest moments of 2021.
I kind of wish I was playing video games but am totally knackered, and have kids, and then in-laws for lunch which I still have to prepare (venison stew).

Happy new year font geekers. As expected, I did not make it to midnight. My New Year's Eve Eve shenanigans proved too much so was asleep by 10.30pm. Thought ahead and put earbuds in to ward off fireworks - only for my mate to call me at 1am and wake me up anyway!
Hope 2022 does you all proud. Can only echo previous sentiments that I am pleased, relieved and delighted that we still have a place to hangout.

The youngest eventually went off to sleep about 11 and I stayed up with the older two to watch the fireworks on bbc which was nice.

Happy new year folks. I just watched a film and went to bed about quarter past 11. Couldn’t be really arsed with it all. Didn’t have a good day at work so was pretty wiped out. Anyway here’s to 2022 and we see the end of this covid bollocks. Also like to echo the sentiments of others, glad this place exist and the effort was put into make it. Don’t post as often as I used to but maybe I should. All you guys are fucking great.
