So apparently Trump made one of his rambling speeches on the weekend where he warned that Biden’s lack of cognitive ability would lead to World War II, before bragging about how well he did against Obama in 2016.
I’m assuming CNN and MSNBC will have a field day with it in the coming hours.

I’m assuming CNN and MSNBC will have a field day with it in the coming hours. CNN have literally broadcast an interview in which he says that he made the all the decisions to overturn the elections.
His ego is so great that the thought of someone else possibly being responsible for anything he could be - including actual criminal activity - makes him need to claim it as his.
I hope they play back all these admissions of guilt in court, over and over again, every time his lawyers get up to speak.

It seems likely - he's given two on air interviews in the last week in which he did just that. One about the documents case where he said "I was president, I can take what I like - it might not be the law, but I'm president!" and then this one where he says on air that he didn't listen to his lawyers, but that "it was all my decision" (to try to overturn the election).
You imagine that these are admissible statements in a court of law as well. I expect he'll be hiring another round of lawyers this week.

Not a very happy story, but I've had experience with people in a failing mental state and they tend to regress to the past sometimes. Talking about things that happened decades ago as if they haven't happened yet, about dead people as if they were there...
Maybe Trump just has dementia/Alzheimer's. Would explain a lot (and would also be rather grimly ironic considering what he's accused "Sloppy Joe" of...)
