Because no Tories have never helped out the Republicans :eyeroll: "Two UK Tory panjandrums - architects of the PM's surprise victory - flew to Washington eight weeks before the US election and advised the Bush team to focus attacks on Clinton's character." www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-50752217How could you forget Donald's bezza mate Nigel?! He's always there to help his mate.

The BBC website seems to have "(O) LIVE"(!!!) reporting of every little thing these days. It used to be reserved for big events like terrorist attacks or natural disasters.

Apparently Musk has been posting that it is illegal... Although the community note appeared saying it isn't illegal and he decided to delete the tweet.
Also funny, as he almost certainly is breaking the law himself with his scheme to bribe people with his daily million dollar giveaway.

On GMB this morning they had interview with black voter who said he is not voting democrats and voting trump as "Obama didn't do enough for black people during his terms in office"
and its not just him apparently, the fact is there is 2 main parties and republicans are racist cunts who hate poor people especially if they are black
Its like turkeys voting for Christmas
trump could shoot that guy and idiots would claim "how could obama allow this!!!1111"

Trump asking Russia to hack the Dems in 2016 seems a bit more serious than some Labour people popping across the Atlantic to lend a hand but I guess when you're in the pocket of the Kremlin it's completely different.
Fuck Trump in every way possible, he's got to go in the dustbin.

And the bbc are right there to make it a bigger story than it should be. All over breakfast show and Radio 4 this morning despite it already being established it doesn’t constitute election interference and always been done. Someone really needs to get hold of their editorial policy. Tbf everyone is reporting it. It's just content and noise at this point and everyone falls over themselves to be in the mix. I guess at this point it's just another cudgel to beat Labour with. Sounds like they are fishing for a FOREIGN INTERFERENCE October surprise and the media are duly running with it like the good little pups they are.

They should get the Exonerated 5 on to give their views on Trump.

The fact that several of the big US Unions didn't endorse Harris, when they'd usually endorse the democrat candidate by default, implies that a sizeable number of their members are pro Trump. You know, the guy who's famous for firing people and treating workers like shit.
It's so weird how many different groups seem to support him despite him being awful to them or the opposite of what they claim to believe.

There are states that are having referendums on adding abortion rights to the statute and voters are saying they'll vote for that and vote for Trump

But if people, especially the media, are framing it as a tight race, or that people lob around words like Radical leftists with absolutely no knowledge of what they're really talking about or maintaining that man that has been impeached and convicted of numerous crimes is fit for president what can we really do but laugh at the insanity of it all.

My gut feeling, based on zero evidence, would be that that wasn't actually a big factor. It probably swayed a few, but I feel like it was the fact Trump has somehow captured a large percentage of the kind of workers who'd previously have been aghast at him and leaned much more democrat than republican.

At the moment, I'm finding it both hilarious and profoundly disturbing; which one it ends up being will, of course, depend upon who wins the election.

Sorry, that was meant to be despairingly sarcastic, rather than entirely serious.

Fuck Trump in every way possible, he's got to go in the dustbin. Let's not forget, Russia hacked both the Democratic and the Republican party back then. They released what they got from the Democrats only... And then all of a sudden seemingly every Republican ever started kissing Trump's tangerine tuchus. Three guesses as to what they did with the Republican hack results that weren't leaked, and the first two don't count.

There are states that are having referendums on adding abortion rights to the statute and voters are saying they'll vote for that and vote for Trump I’m going to sit in the optimistic lane for this one. Republicans got hammered in the mid terms over the abortion laws being drafted. Personally think we see a upswell of voters turning out to vote against that alone and will be enough to carry Harris over the line. I think it’s a hugely damaging policy for the republicans to run on, even if they half assed to sort of not mention it.

Interesting how now that people are pointing out Farage gave ACTUAL money to the Trump campaign the BBC aren't reporting on it anymore.
Almost as though the BBC has been Farage's official outlet for the last decade.

The lunchtime news was classic balance in effect, hilariously using Farage himself as railed on knowing what he was doing. Cunt.
Obviously when the Tories were in power this was non news.

Kind of noticeable that the BBC news at 6 havn’t ran the story at all despite it being top of the news all day. Kind of wonder if someone stepped in/said something because it was getting ridiculous.

Was Trump being a fan of Hitler mentioned at all?
It's a story getting some traction in the US.
