Yeah, I'll definitely be dipping into that if it's more like solo Presage and not like a solo dungeon.

Beginning to get quite hyped for this, especially now that there won't be a powerful gear grind (and hopefully subsequent seasons will just up the cap by 10)

Got one of the easiest flawless of the season yesterday which is odd given how late in the season it is and how tough it's been the last few weeks.



I'll probably be looking to get the flawless title next season; anyone here play a reasonable amount of PvP and never gone flawless who might want a carry?

It's always total potluck with randoms to be honest. I did freelance the first time it was available and have not touched it since, was like pulling teeth getting that flawless done. Begging my teammates in chat to stop throwing their lives away.

I'll probably hit you up when the first trials of the new season comes around then, I imagine it'll be a new weapon first week back so pop will be very high.

Damn... Worked OK for me first go but seems to be a classic widespread bungo issue.

Loved the way it went from "ugh, not this bloody boss again!" to complete mayhem

Yeah it was a great mission, we even had a team wipe because everybody ignored Saint-14. The first time around, the cutscene ended after 2 seconds and the quest didn't progress. Second time around, everything worked as it should.

It was a fun and short mission, so didn't really mind.

After listening to the last message, I thought this triumph was bugged as well, but after 10 seconds it popped.

"Bug-gie", eh?

Just decided to try my chances for a better job, meaning that soon I'll be spending several months in a different town, studying every time I have a free moment. Dang. What a time to launch a new expansion.

Maybe I can play a bit on weekends, but I'm not even sure D2 will run on integrated graphics (I really don't wanna break the bank on a proper gaming laptop, a dual channel 5500U is pretty much my budget).

Or maybe I can just play on Series S... now there's an idea.

Geforce now could be worth a look if all of the expansions are already on your Steam version. Worked very well for me for couch play before it came to game pass, but yeah, internet permitting and you might notice latency a bit more with M+K.

I thought the cutscene was pretty bad, especially as the climax to what was otherwise a pretty strong year of storytelling. Just off the top of my head, it was weird that the mission seemingly had us doing the ritual and then when the cutscene starts, it's like... we haven't really done anything yet? Bizarre that they made it totally unclear that Osiris lived as well until you went and talked to Mara at the HELM.

Yeah the cutscene itself was pretty pants and could easily have been played months ago. No idea why it had to wait until now. I was expecting a bit more of an actual lead in to the expansion, it was just wheel spinning.

Really liked the mission though. You can never make these things too difficult but they still got the desperation of the Hive attack across well.

You can also store the glimmer by crafting any of Zavala's Authority Ship, Knights Peace Shell, Otherside Sparrow, Universal Wavefunction ship and Anseris Overdrive Sparrow from your collections repeatedly and transferring to the vault. They give you most of the glimmer back when you dismantle them, so you can use them as a glimmer store.

Really looking forward to it. After the wet fart on Tuesday, that opening cutscene tomorrow better be a banger.
