And their feet and hands slowly going wrinkly and soggy.
Still I guess it's fair to say they have a wet leg.

From the waist down, wrinkled prunes. Like mermaids. Here in Flanders a wrinkled prune means exactly what you’d think it means.

Isn't the one on the right a dude with a woman's face photoshopped on?

Are those included with the hot tub? Because I feel like that is the dream that hot tubs promote, and the reality is likely to be something rather different.

I like hot tubs, what's not to like about nice warm water with massaging jets. As someone who spends a lot of his life aching like fuck from working I would have one in a shot if they were quieter (Garden isn't very big and it would annoy the neighbours). We got one during 1st lockdown to keep the kids entertained. It's basically a heated paddling pool for them during the summer, but I have to admit, I quite like it despite having to be convinced. Tis very relaxing after a stressful day. But yeah, no fucker gets in it when I'm in there other than my family, too weird. Heller expensive too. About £50 a month to heat and run, so this year it's not coming out May-Sept. Too cold to try and get down to the bottom of the garden otherwise

Oof £50 a month is brutal, that would put my electric bill over 200 a month.

That was presumably before the energy price increases too, so I dread to think what it'd cost on a recent tariff.

Our neighbors have bought one of the expensive ones. They've used it maybe half a dozen times in the last couple of years. Seems a hell of a lot of faffing about and cost for half an hour now and then.
If you get the chemicals too strong then they affect your skin and eyes and if you get them too low then you get best unpleasant bugs in the water and filters. We thought about having a whirlpool bath bit decided the reality of mouldy pipes and jets wasn't exactly shown in the adverts.

No gas in our road so it's all electric.

My wife will turn the light on in broad daylight with the curtains open. And then forget to turn it off.

I think it's one of those things where you notice it in others more than yourself, like the way both people in a relationship usually think they do 80% of the housework.
My wife often complains that I don't turn the lights off, while simultaneously apparently never turning the lights off. I, on the other hand, *always* turn the lights off.
Most peculiar.

Probably some truth in that. Or at least an equivalent - like turning my pc off after finishing work. I am trying to get better. And having lights on downstairs doesn't bother me - it's upstairs when no-one is going near the rooms for hours that bothers me.

Are you nuts? They'd be able to switch the fucking lights back on when neither of you were even there!
