This is exactly why I had no interest in watching the Baz Luhrmann movie, because I'd read about this previously and knew it wouldn't be mentioned, and I've got no interest in films that whitewash over the darker aspects of history because someone was famous and beloved.

I'd only ever seen Beaulieu written down so when I went to the place of the same name in the new forest, I mispronounced it so badly the receptionist laughed and said even americans got closer.

You dont go to Borton for just the motor museum. You have to wrap it up with the model village and maybe birdland to fill the full day.
