I suppose at least McGregor had the talent to back his mouth most of the time. The gym I used to go to had mma classes that seemed to be attended exclusive by Conor wannabes who were all terrible dickheads with none of the skill.
It doesn’t feel a shock that he’s been called out for something though. Feels like one of those guys who played his role and was enabled by so many hangers on that now no one buys into the McGregor myth more than he does.
Basically every time he opened his mouth its to say something racist, sexist or homophobic.

Maybe 4 years back there was quite a rumour swirling that he had been accused, and was going to be charged with a rape but he had a press injunction out on reporting about it, but it was going to be lifted (apparently) - then because they couldn’t proceed with a charge it all disappeared. |

He's coked up and pissed up at pretty much every event he attends. It's tragic. Pre Mayweather fight he was kind of likeable and was fun to watch. Since then he's shown himself to be nothing but a classless bully. The list of shitty things is ongoing - punching the old man at the bar, smashing some guy's phone, a bunch of vaguely racist stuff, several sexual assault allegations, one of which sounded particularly violent. We don't know if the sexual assaults are true, but the fact it feels likely says it all about him.
