The Osborne one is literally based on an email sent to various wedding guests. There's no police involvement unlike this.

A few names are getting banded around on Twitter but mostly by people with Union Jack emoji in their profile. So I imagine it's wishful thinking on their part rather than any kind of inside knowledge.

If there is any suggestion of rape than absolutely it should be investigated. |
