Back in the mists of time, before all of the porn in the world was instantly streamable, I downloaded what was supposed to be a Jenna Jameson torrent but it was mislabled and ended up being just a video of a woman wanking off a donkey.
Its not inconceivable that he got it by accident but, yeah...

It's never happened to me, but I always did used to get a bit nervous when I downloaded a 10gig porn stash off of some dodgy torrent. You never quite knew what you were going to get. Technically, if you download a copy of something, you have created that copy, especially if you have also seeded it back out. If they are really going after you, they can do you with creation just from cached images from browsing a website. While that charge is usually not as bad as it sounds the intention is, correctly, to rank the offence of looking at CP up there with literally creating it. |
