I'm in a a youtube rabbit hole of Michel Roux (senior) videos. His accent in the early vids, coupled with the abysmal sound quality makes it really difficult to figure out what he's saying...
Enter Youtube captions like a steel chair of raw merriment. 'Voila?' No no, Allah. 'And done'? Uh-uh. Iran. In 45 seconds this charming old French chef is declaring jihad in subtitles.
It just builds from there. Worcestershire sauce = what is your sauce. Poached salmon = postman.

Got a new one by finding some space on a credit card. It was pretty necessary or I'd be stuck with a monitor and headphones (and consequently, painful ears after a couple of hours). It was a bad choice for certain reasons |
