Monster Hunter Rise is driving me crazy. I'm trying to collect all the crowns for each monster, but let's just say the game is having none of it. Currently, I hunted Great Baggi 46 times in the hub quest which, supposedly, has the highest chance to spawn it as a Min Crown Plaque, but nothing… I'm unlucky.
I read that having the Sunbreak expansion increases the odds of "crown spawns", maybe I'm better off getting that.

I have Sunbreak - recommended imo. There are some cool extra Silkbind moves, more monsters, two new maps, etc etc. Crown grinding is my least favourite part of MH - if you're trophy hunting, I would take it on last. You need to do a ton of grinding anyway, so you'll pick up crowns anyway. It certainly feels like large/small monsters are turning up more often. It took me about 76 hunts to get the large Nergigante crown in World, so don't give up! |

They did say there would be rewards all round based on the number of sign ups.

Up to HR21.
I'm quite enjoying it. Progress feels slow and it's a little annoying that you can't focus on a particular monster e.g. I need a Great Girros tail but they seem to show up less frequently than anything else.
On the positive side, I think they've done a decent job of recreating the moves for a touchscreen.

Ah that's a shame.
There's no more (significant) content coming for Rise/Sunbreak as far as I know, so hopefully the team are working away in the background

And thus, the World team may have been working on MH6 since the end of Iceborne. |

One of the challenges is to take an AR photo of a Diablos. I've not seen any way to take AR pics...

Ha! Diablos is way too tough.
5* monster and I've just unlocked 3* today.
Ran out of time but I'd taken about 45% health off it. But it was one shotting me!
We will need to plan a joint hunt...
