Just tried a bond movie (a view to a kill) to see the UHD quality. They are not outputting in UHD at all, when you pause the movie it states HD, even though they say UHD on the selection screen. No HDR either.
Amazon really is crap when it comes to this stuff.

As absurd as it is to say now, it was better when they had HD and UHD separate, because at least you'd get what they list. Now they claim UHD but give crap HD. There are some shows that I know exist in HD that they still offer as SD only too. I’m no resolution fanatic but I’m surprised SD is offered at all as an option on a digital platform nevermind as the only option. |

The Peripheral - big budget sci-fi series, lesser known Nolan is involved. Didn’t know much about this, doesn’t seem to be much fanfare about it but I really enjoyed the first two episodes. Worth a look

I actually quite enjoyed the first two episodes of Peripheral. I would, however, have not been surprised if you’d told me it was Westworld season 4

Actually, it's been about a year and i forgot which series i was watching where they did the random shuffling of a season but are Amazon any better about it these days?

Has anyone had an issue with episodes of TV shows being unavailable on Prime? I'm watching Justified, and there's multiple episodes in each season that are just "unavailable" with no explanation as to why.
I know streaming rights are occasionally a tricky thing, but usually that affects whole seasons. Not, say, episodes 1, 5, and 8 in season 2, or whatever random number pulled out of a hat.

If you have an account for a service thats available as a bonus channel on Prime but you didn’t subscribe via Prime but direct through the service itself is there a way of linking the accounts?
I’ve got a free BFI Player subscription through work and being able to add it to Prime would make it much more convenient to watch

I don't think so. Have tried in the past to access channels through different services (or direct), even with a legit sub and it doesn't seem to work.
