Fred and De Gea were our best tonight, but he looked dangerous in the first half. Just had Martial offering the movement of a dead fish and awb weirdly running infront of where he wanted to dribble.

Second half was much better, and subs improved our attack immeasurably. They were pretty shit though.

Same players, but each one looked a yard quicker and passed the ball faster. I think work environment matters. If you come into work dreading it, you don't perform as well. The squad is good enough to compete, maybe not for the title and certainly not this year but these players didn't become shit overnight. Just need someone to actually come in and actually evolve the style of play.

Really want to watch the young boys v Atalanta highlights.
Was at gym, then bake off final viewing with the missus so couldn't watch it. The goals were fairly flying in at the end.

Potential for some great drama across the 8pm kick offs today. And already some drama in Chelsea's group with the leader changing.
In United's group, Villareal need to win away to Atalanta in snowy conditions, or drop into the EL and win that again.
If Bayern can beat Barca at home, then Benfica have a great chance of qualifying and sending Barca to Europa League.
Then Lille's group is wild with all 4 teams still in with a shot of qualifying or going out from what I can tell.
