Then just return the sealed posted copy to Sainsbury once it arrives on Tuesday or some shit. WCGW. Yes these are some seriously impressive write-ups! I am very much expecting my copy to not arrive on time this Friday! I might go for a little walk around town and pick it up in the shop like I'm in the 90's.

Sounds like there's finally another genuinely open world game to sit alongside BOTW designed around human curiosity rather than a big box with endless icons to chase. If only I weren't shit at Souls games. I'll end up buying it then remembering this fact when it's to late

I am just really happy that the game seems a vast improvement over Dark Souls 3. I actually really felt tired and done with that game after one playthrough and dlc. The world outside 3 area's did not grab me at all.
I do feel like the options might overwhelm me and I will try not to instinctively revert back to a uchigatana with some magic and switch weapons ans arts around. Its why I am going for a quality faith or magic build to try as many weapons as possible.
The design of environments and bosses look insane, just from the trailers and sneak peaks I believe this will top Bloodborne.

Ahhh well the loft is actually two rooms. I have annexed the other room for my writing desk and in the corner is my bean bag and console zone.
One day I'll just seal up the hatch and never leave.

There are a few gamers I know who don't get on with them /bit scary/too hard category.
I have attempted to tell them to have a look at Elden Ring. Mainly that there is a Map!
Some people don't have a good sense of direction 😁
