One of the games I have most hope for this year, pre-order in at the game collection which comes with various gubbins that I'm not fussed about.
I did ask the lad if he was game for it and would have gone download version to cover us both, but he wasn't keen, so physical it is.
Last actual disc game i bought was cyberpunk, so I do hope this is more finished than that was!

Game Informer have a big article (18 page apparently) and I suspect will be drip feeding content over the next month. They've started with a video looking at a side dungeon, looks excellent.

Apparently GI have dropped a bunch of spoilers in a live stream; I don't know how significant it is but some people seem upset about it.

I'm avoiding all video from now on. Although I did read that Miyazaki said the wretch is the hardest starting class. Still thinking I'm going semi naked duel axe wielding barbarian as my first build to support my son who is going mage.

Was fine on pc quaddy if that makes you feel better. You need to grab a pc for proper souls experiences  50 quid says the tree branch also fucks you on pc |

I still don't know if I'll get this for Day One - I'm not exactly owed any gifts at the moment. If I'm late, I'll miss out (as usual) on all the camaraderie here  But a slightly easier game than Da So i-iii would be welcome - it was only you lot that got me through the first one, and I didn't get very far with the other two or Bloodborne at all. I'm still excited though. |

The PS4 version of forbidden west can be had for closer to £50 if you shop around in fairness. Free upgrade to PS5 version.
Just grabbed this for £41 from TGC after using a few points. Have a feeling I'll regret it, as I'm sure their idea of a more accessible difficulty isn't anything close to mine...

I watched a very brief snippet of a new bit and it just looks like everything I want. I cannot fucking wait now. I've not really watched a great deal, the odd few mins here and there.

I think I'll be pre-ordering this on PS5, a rare full-price game.
I know I'll get insane amount of playtime from it if I want as it seemingly has very varied build possibilities.
