It’s a Danish chain, they’re in a lot of places on the continent, I’ve seen them in some UK provincial cities too.

We have Flying Tiger in Tokyo. They seemed good for cheap stocking fillers a few xmases ago, but iirc most stuff broke pretty quick. What the hell is a Kenji shop??

Pretty sure they're on the critically endangered list now. Can still find them at Sisters of Mercy legacy tours, nursing snakebite and black.
