Well my birthday is on Friday if anyone cares. Anyone care? Anyone... How was it? I missed this. Yeah it was good thanks. Went to an Argentinian restaurant on the day with a lot of day drinking. Treated myself to Returnal, so I'll see if I get on well with that.

Because Brian May. I remember her music career. I'd forgotten just how bad it was.

I strongly suspect my life peaked at 19/20 for me. Been downhill in the 20ish years since.
Sure I have more stuff now and are kind of self reliant, albeit still having to rent shared accommodation, but in terms of happiness I think that was it.

Not mine. I didn't even beat the first boss. I liked the gameplay etc, but too many other games out there I would rather play.

Don't want to come across all life coach, but I felt the same especially as I reached my 30th birthday but really if you don't have any kids or a significant other then the only obstacle in your way in life is you. I retrained at 30, left the country just before my 31st birthday and 7 years later I'm much happier than I've ever been because I'm doing things that I want to do rather than letting circumstances control me. You definitely can't control everything but life is only downhill if you let it be. I believe you're close to my age, it honestly is never too late to change things.

I mean that all makes sense but I don't really think there anything I actually want to do. I'd like to retire and just potter around. Unfortunately that's not really a viable career.

Honestly neither did I, I just started to think about what things I was good at and what I enjoyed and looked at careers that complimented that. My second thing was also that I just didn't want to be in England anymore as to be honest I found it made me quite negative, especially the prominent live to work culture. Give it a thinkover. Or as Decks says being a Piss Dungeon Goblin, it must surely pay well.

Three words for you. Piss. Dungeon. Goblin. I believe drhickman was around 19/20 when he was caught in the basement of a Wetherspoons with his head through a hole in the wall looking through the gents urinal drain. It can only go downhill from there

Fucking Foster drinkers have ruined it for everyone these days with their watered down piss. I've goblined at a craft ale place recently but hipsters just don't jet the same as those Spoons guys.

Yeah, you need that heavy old fashioned real ale to really get that dark yellow stream.
Salty snacks to help the dehydration too, you can't even get pork scratchings these days in case it offends someone.

It’s the tannins from the oak casks that make the piss really unctuous and syrupy

Why is the end of the penis the most insulting part? No one ever calls someone a dickshaft or a ballbag

There's a film named after it, what more do you want?

There’s only one insult that specifies the glans though? Doesn’t seem disproportionate

Japs-eye has always been perfectly serviceable, as an insult.
