My dark side characters being sassy in The Old Republic.
Some shots from the latest chapter, "Desperate Defiance", as Sa'har confronts her brother (again) and we finally manage to acquire Darth Nul's holocron.

From some Half Life mods I played a while back.
Backrooms was weird to say the least. The original voiceacting is pretty low quality and hard to understand, it often seemed inspired by Metro 2033, but there is also a good amount of just silly or surreal stuff in there.
Delta Particles was almost the exact opposite. Very professional, basically just a retread of Half Life that puts a spin on a lot of things, uses a lot of specially made items and new sounds, changes up things here and there. The original voice-acting is at best ok, but it also re-uses a lot of voice-lines and other material quite cleverly.
It takes place in the Delta Labs, which are yet another competitor of Black Mesa which we have never heard of.
They have their own suit, their own batteries and health packs and chargers for both with original models.
Their other suits are also slightly original, but they are still wearing "these ridiculous ties".
It was a nice touch to have one HEV corpse towards the end, simply to show that the batteries are not compatible.
Black Ops Zombies?!? They also got a good amount of use out of the normal Black Ops and used them in some interesting circumstances.
Some nice new Xen environments and original backdrops as well.
The soundtrack was pretty good and fitting as well in my opinion. Honestly, in terms of music I did much prefer this one over Black Mesa.

fired up Everspace this morning to make sure it all works. It sure is a purdy game and I'd like to get some shots while dogfighting but i'm still getting used to the controls. Feels good locking a missile on though and then chasing said missile as it threads its way to the target and i emerge through the explosion ...

Mass Effect 3: Legendary Edition (Modded)
New area added to Kasumi's sidequest, the Hanar Embassy. Part of it is underwater, so if you enjoyed the forced slow-walking bit in the docking tunnel over to the Geth Dreadnaught, imagine how much you'll enjoy that being stretched out for ten times as long, and with numerous instances of backtracking. Many nice fish to look at though.
Don't worry, he's only been accessing Morlan's Famous Shop.
Stop wearing my jacket, ponce.
Aftermath of Citadel Coup attempt:
This becomes a whole other thing:
New pizza box:
Stop it:
Never again, please:

Northern Journey: (imgbb is now constantly breaking, so I'm trying a new service. Hopefully it'll be more reliable long-term.)
Quite extensive, but outside of a few areas (especially Greenslit) relatively simple with only some side areas and paths.

I know R* would be more likely to release a Series X/S PS5 version but it's dumb this has yet to get an upgrade.

Siege of Avalon: I'm probably not going to continue with it, but I liked some things about it. Particularly how itemization and the character system were handled.
There is no intro, just an introductory story that can be read from the main menu.
It does look and sound pretty generic unfortunately.
Itemization is pretty good though...
...and the character system detailed and satisfying to engage with.
I especially liked these Perk-esque stat packages that are taught by trainers and viewed under "awards & titles".
The UI and menus honestly looked nicer than most of the game itself...

Some people are saying that that's basically where it's obvious that the developer had run out of ressources.
I think there was an area before the desert where there was basically no narration anymore in spite of some momentous developments. I think that's why I didn't continue with it.
