Anyone else on the EG forum gets dying-MMORPG vibes, just going around with old time players while countless missions, NPC, texts, memories, just sits around oblivious to the impending doom? Definitely- I'm just sad for the people who still don't realise. I think the word has spread, but just yesterday there was someone with a years old account posting about Android games who didn't know. I guess at least when an MMORPG dies there's a splash screen that everybody sees. The forum post on EG can be missed if you only ever go to a subsection, and the comms for the .it forum just didn't happen at all! |

I had sent a notification to the .it boss to let him know we said goodbye and so far he did not even answer. Completely possible he has not seen the notification in the past 2 days, but you know, I tend to believe he just ignored it. |

I've only been to Italy once, as a teen I went on a skiing holiday back in the 90's.
Eating nuttela with a coffee in some cafe at the peak of a mountain somewhere, everytime I eat it at home it always reminds me. Also I was 13 and a rugby forward so I had to buy the alcohol for my group of skinny friendswho barely looked their age.

I'm another user from that place who got kindly alerted by Sir Arkler about the existence of this haven. I want to say that I'll see you around the forum, but knowing myself, I'll most likely stick to Sekiro (and other FromSoft games) threads for the time being. - No, we don't kill people who put pineapple on pizza, as those people will have to answer to God for their sins.  About that… what if I feel like moving up their meeting with God for those sins? I'm confident that I can dispatch of them in ways that would make Hitman's Agent 47 rethink his career. Does Sega really mean wank in Italian? This question brought back to mind something: there used to be an Italian community, GamesRadar (technically, it is still online, but it lost its original staff team and community… there's nothing left of what made it great). Back to the anecdote, this community had a retrogaming subforum and its description read - "Il posto giusto per riunire tutti gli appassionati della SEGA!", which in English would translate as something close to - "The right place to reunite all SEGA aficionados!". Needless to say, the other possible interpretation wasn't lost on anyone, we shared quite a few laughs about it back in the day. Major props to the staff team of that place, the description remained there unchanged until the end. That's it from me, hope you're having a good day. |
