Also I have great admiration for a composer that can do a short song that’s the only song in a game and loops forever yet I still want to listen to it after hours of playing, so special mentions to Geometry Wars and Threes.

Thomas Dvorak's score to Machinarium is lovely, as are the ones he did for the Samorost games.
As I'm playing Rimworld again I'm reminded the soundtrack is very good.

One that stuck more in my wife's head than mine (simply because my attention was focused on not falling off) was Rainbow Road from Mario Kart Wii.
Most recently, I really, really like the soundtrack to Life Is Strange. The end title "Max & Chloe" is lovely as a standalone piece, but in tandem with the game it was fabulous.
