Multizooms are geberally nowhere near as good as a specific imo. Don't go near. Much better to get one or 2 good pieces, or a Barlow that doubles up the ones you have.

I have heard this, although I do like the idea of having it. Would be a different experience. The write up about "exposing" double stars is what interests me.
So would go celestron zoom With maybe a 5mm and 18mm BST with my barlow. Should cover me?

So your 18mm is already covered in that range, and with a Barlow so is the 5mm. Where are you based? I would be tempted wider field rather than smaller as well. 5mm would be pushing your scope unless perfect skies.

South East. Luckily get quite dark skies where I am away from town.
My only thinking re having two pieces within the zoom range is I would get a wider field of view.
Confusing haha

China sending up 20 tons of "we'll build our own space station with blackjack and hookers" in a couple of minutes Chinese (weibo) broadcast at weibo.com/l/wblive/m/show/1022:2321324830590821073095edit: booster separation & fairing ejection seems to have gone ok, looks to be coasting at moment after main engine cut off

The booster landing is awesome to behold. It almost doesn't look real... I still suspect Space X of playing standard launch footage backwards.

OK so was I the only one amused at that proud Chinese rocket being completely dwarfed by its own launch tower

"The Earth’s surface would likely cool significantly from sunlight not getting to the planet."
Should solve global warming for us.

Certainly is exciting, especially with the plans to build a base for Mars landing missions etc.
I can't help but feel though, how disappointed would you be if back in 1969 you were told that in 2022 we will still be trying to land on the moon.

Seems like they have a leaky Soyuz situation going on at the ISS.

Livestream to the first satellite launches from the UK, not your conventional launch method but if it works out probably a hell of a lot cheaper.
