Dance With The Dead have got their whole discography on Bandcamp for a fiver essentially. There was a few albums of theirs I didn't own so just grabbed the rest. Just if anyone likes that kind of thing.

I do quite like Sophie. Shame she died so tragically but her production was just very attention grabbing.

Just if anyone likes that kind of thing. I bought their latest album for more than that literally a week ago, so this new deal is, without blaming the artists, slightly annoying. But it's a good deal. I'm just weighing up how much 80's metal tinged synthwave I really need in my collection. I'm on the beer tonight though so might end up buying it anyway.

Just found this old gem, I remember being 10 years old and thinking music could never get better than this lol Well... in some ways I was right ;p

Got onto this when a track was played on 6Music, nice EP and good to know The Black Dog are still doing stuff. Their downtempo tracks from recent years have a Boards of Canada feel.
Edit: the embed won't do playlists it seems.

Know what you mean man, my tolerance for this type of stuff ebbs and flows, but DwtD are very good at it so I do always end up going back to them for a spell. Them, Daniel Deluxe and Carpenter Brut are my go tos, but a special mention to Alex who, along with Tokyo Rose, release two split albums (Akuma and Akuma II) that are fucking immense. If you've not heard them, you should. Oh, Hyperion by Zombie Hyperdrive is another one. The track Ghost Blade on that just makes me think I've donned a suit of power armour and I'm blasting my way through a hostile planet.

Have a listen to the Akuma II remix album as well, I think I prefer it to the original (after many listens).

Love a bit of solar fields! Carbon based lifeforms are worth a look too if that's your cuppa.

Solar Fields are brilliant but yeah, CBL for me all the way.
This track has been my favourite track since, well, forever:

IS a new CB album out 1st April, can already add it to your library in Apple music, not sure where that 4 years since their last (non OST) one has gone.

As synthwave has been a bit of a tip in this thread (is that even a saying? Am I just shoving words that make no sense together) I was reminded of this track from the Devilman Crybaby series. It's a fucking great show and OST but this stands out.

Not new by any means (20 years ago... how?!) Most definitely not to most people's tastes, either.
This thing is an absolute beast when it kicks in. Getting me in the mood to dust of my controller.

Stumbled across some techno on bandcamp, I like it.

Metavoid is still my favourite of theirs. Somewhat reminiscent of the soundtrack of the first Freespace.

Both Reassembly and Eufloria have a lot nice ambient/electronic tracks.

Petition for us to just talk about music in this thread rather than just posting YouTube links. The other threads lags out my phone enough as it is.
