Nice. Just done 10,000 steps. One of the plusses of going back to the office is that I do 15,000 steps average.

If you're hitting 15k steps a day I'm going to have to watch my back on the leaderboard as that's around my typical daily step count. Was leading the pack last week as was on holiday and had the free time to get ahead of razz. Now that I'm back at work he's pulled about 20k steps ahead. |

My stats are about to plummet. We've decided that the Boo household is less than optimally fit, and so we've embarked on the Couch to 5k programme. And because the eternal truth still stands, i.e. "If it ain't on Strava, it didn't happen.", we are both now Garmin'd up.
I guess I could wear the Fitbit as well, but that would look weird.

Well done mate. You'll be surprised how easy it becomes once it's part of a regular routine. I really struggled at first and had a lot of knee and foot pains but once I learnt to correct my posture and concentrate on walking properly it became pain free and routine. Can't imagine not walking 15-20k steps a day now and feels wrong when I'm not able to due to bad weather or work stuff

My fitbit has decided to stop vibrating which was useful when I need to reminder to walk so steps.
I've reset it, whacked it, changed the settings, all to no avail. The battery seems to drain quickly as well.

Wow, you guys are catching up! I'll be slowing down a bit over the next few weeks as I be back working from home again until October. It was so busy this week at work that I managed to hit 40k steps the one day! I'm taking it easy this weekend.
