Pretty much since he was booted out as PM last year, I've suspected he will try and make his return when the Tories lose the next election. He will then spend 4-5 years as opposition leader playing the cheeky chappy, sniping at Starmer with his little jokes. Public will fall for the act all over again and vote him back in "'cause he's funny".
