How come Dorries got hers taken away, but Fabricant and Mog still got one? Because they got knighthoods and carry on being MPs. Dorries and Sharma were to be ennobled so would have caused a by-election. |

So how many by elections are we getting? When do Rees mogg and Patel stop being mps? 3 so far, Peston thinks at least one more but they're deliberately spacing them out to cause maximum trouble for Sunak.
Mogg and Patel will hopefully be gone at the next general election, no chance they'd quit, they may have supported Johnson but they're not true believers.

Sounds like it is a renaming of another party that previously ran up in Scotland and got trounced. Googling around, some of the views do line up those at the conference (big on Brexit and hating the Woke), so maybe there is a connection. Seems unlikely though.
