I presume no one else will get sight of the report before PMQs?

That is so fucking stupid it has to be true.

It also chimes with some things coming out of No10.

(Following Rich is entirely coincidental) Pretty terrible if true. Even if it isn't true, I'm certain that senior staff's attitude was how do they get away with it, whilst juniors just fessed up to it all.

At least we know that the weasel cunt "feels humbled". So that's that then.

The TLDR seems to be that everyone knew these drinks were happening and either knew it was against the rules or a shitty enough thing to do to hide from the public.
And I think thats the thing that gets me. Its not the fact that they did it, I dont really give a fuck about that, its the repeated lying about it.

I'm betting "something else"
Even if there's enough letters of no confidence sent to the 1922 committee, the fat sausage is going nowhere. The vote will go in his favour and he has no shame to compel him to resign.

Love the photo on page 45. "13 November 2020; a gathering in No 10 Downing Street on the departure of a special adviser"
He actually looks pissed in that one.

Isn't the actual vote anonymous though? That might change things. It won't even get to that point though.

I still don't think it'd go against him. Even May at her lowest when her Brexit support was crumbling won a vote of no confidence. And that matters to the Tories.
The have a near pathological tendency to fall behind the leader when push comes to shove. Sure, they'll bitch and whinge but it usually happens behind closed doors and I doubt many actually want to push it as far as getting a new leader. (Labour could learn something about party cohesion here).
There's nobody credible to take his place for a start. If Hunt puts some proper heft to his leadership bid, rather than the coy "oh maybe I will, who knows?!" something will happen but till then?
Plus you've got the stupid crew like Raab and Dorries who *genuinely* seem to think he's got what it takes.

What the Uplift Sue Gray Party Probe shows is that we cant allow private schools to continue to operate as a governance pipeline. The entire culture of downing street makes it sound like a fucking eton common room. Getting pissed, puking up and harassing the servants.

I'd love him to go but part of me also thinks him staying is our best chance of getting rid of the Tories at the next election.
