A few former UKIP candidates are joining them too.
I don't see them causing a huge issue in the grand scheme of things and probably won't see any of the Worker's Party actually getting seats (the by-election Galloway won had other circumstances aiding him and he will likely lose it at the general election), but it could certainly result in a few seats that would have swung to Labour remaining blue.

Galloway has collected a large number of utter cunts, I agree his party is not going to gain major ground but its going to stoke the issues in the UK over Gaza and more antisemitism -(which has become all too common, look at what happened in Canada at the weekend, sure Galloway's Komrades were proud) which Galloway wants and so does Russia

Unsurprisingly this is bollocks. It was an asylum seeker, from Africa, who had failed his appeal for asylum and voluntarily took the cash. Should have been deported to their home country, but Rwanda wss chosen for obvious reasons. Not quite the same as enforced deportation to Rwanda.

My opinion of the general populous of Earth has plummeted since 2016.
The majority of people on Earth aren't idiots unfortunately it doesn't matter.

The majority of people on Earth are not idiots.
They just don't have the bandwidth for political engagement. If 90% of your time is trying to survive, the other 10% is dedicated to forgetting about the 90%

Just... no.
All politicians should have a SPAD specifically to keep them from doing shit like this. Or doing a rap song.

Wasn't in a manifesto so nobody voted for it; it was thought up at the fag end of Johnson's premiership, and has only ever lined up with a he Tories having the worst opinion poll ratings in history. I don't see where the people enter into it. Seems an open and shut case of Tory MPs being both cunts and morons.

I can sort of understand the Ulez thing because it's tangentially the only thing that got them any kind of success in the last two years. This stop the boats thing I genuinely can't see how they think it's helping them at all, it's just sunk cost fallacy in full force now.

It’s disabled people’s turn next, in particular those with anxiety and depression who are actually just wet wipes who can’t handle normal day to day challenges. Particularly the young, who of course don’t have a working bone in their body. Not my sentiments but that’s how proposed PIP changes are being framed as they essentially seek to remove mental health issues as a qualifier.

Faking it till we make it. I could totally maintain healthy relationships, eating habits, sleeping patterns, productive working, the self esteem of someone that went to Winchester college then Goldman Sachs then PM, a billionaire wife, several houses here and abroad and a role that entails snitty public appearances in my weird ears if it wasn't for the possibility that the state might pay me that sweet sweet £80 a week instead.
(I don't claim it. I'm trying to muscle through without being found out ***again*** and I am very much on borrowed time unless I can somehow get my shit together)

I doubt it'll make much difference, but if anyone would like to sign this petition and/or pass it on then it'd be appreciated. Against the gov raising the income limit for bringing foreign spouses to the UK to ridiculous levels: petition.parliament.uk/petitions/652602

Right you lot. It’s Thursday. If you’re in the U.K. get off your arse and vote. Even if there’s no one you want to vote for. Scrawl “No one worthy of my vote” across the form. It WILL be read.

They count that as a conservative vote as part of the new election bill.

Only voting for the police and crime commissioner here. Utterly pointless but still got to exercise my right!

Only PCC here (locals were last year). Might not get a chance to vote, but will try to if I can. Completely pointless as turnout will be rock bottom (genuinely expecting single figure percentage) and almost certainly will be Tory by a big amount.

Only voting for the police and crime commissioner here. Utterly pointless but still got to exercise my right! Same here. All of them have the same policy of reduce crime, and more police which I'm pretty none of them actually have the power to achieve that as they get the budget they're given. It's such a pointless non-position that having an election for just wastes time and resources.

My postal vote was somehow cancelled without telling me so I didn't get to vote for my PCC today.

Don't think there has been any literature sent out around my way about any of them. First time I see their names will be when stepping into the voting booth (if I do).

Same here with just the PCC. Going to pop out and metaphorically punch a Tory later on.
