I’ve been considering getting a Backbone. playbackbone.com/Might actually play Fantasian and the NieR spinoff that way.

The icicles don't look very ergonomically friendly...

Razer has one that looks a bit nicer, but fewer games support it, and it’s a Razer.
Edit: oh, my stupid ass… I just copied the link without going to the site, didn’t notice you meant actual icicles as the have on the graphic for their winter sale. Nevermind me!

Is the price worth it? Seems like a lot.

Too much for Fluffy or too much for you? But seriously, I haven't had time for Kingmaker, so at least personally I would rather experience that one first anyway.

"...retro-style pixel-art adventure, set in a fully-realized cyberpunk cityscape where you will encounter innumerous items to investigate, curious easter eggs, and a whole cast of interactive NPCs."
Certainly looks nice enough.
Also Avencast for a few pennies. Kind of a relatively short ARPG with good art and music. Story was serviceable and the combat worked well.

Grim Dawn a fiver if you need a diabloesque game to tide you over till D4. Played a few hours since I bought it, suitably splattery.

Joe Dever's Lone Wolf HD Remastered: Not completely sure what it is. I'd assume some video game representation of Choose your own adventure (?). Anyway, at 1,49 € you can't really go wrong.
Edit: The Deed: Small pixel art game about getting away with murder: 0,22 €.

Not sure which sale it's part of, but Titan Quest and it's expansions are on sale on Xbox. £5.99 for the base game, expansions £6.29 each. Seem to have been waiting forever for a sale on the expansions.

Apsulov on gog for just 1,99 €. It's a linear horror game with nice environments and strong atmosphere. Decent enough story as well.

Just an odd little fact: Borderlands 3 is currently a little cheaper on Steam than Borderlands 2. I suppose it didn't sell as well as expected?

Just an odd little fact: Borderlands 3 is currently a little cheaper on Steam than Borderlands 2. I suppose it didn't sell as well as expected? Could be the opposite. BL3 can still attract new players, so they want it to sell as much as possible, even as an impulse purchase. BL2 is essentially a retro game now, so anyone who wants to buy it, must be specifically looking for it... and that means they might be unwilling to go below a certain price point. There are some retro games that have been released on GOG years ago, and that I was looking to buy, yet their sale price never seems to go below 50% off.

Gog-releases are a bit random though. Prince of Qin showed up relatively recently and already has big discounts, but Outpost 2 and the Star Trek Armadas have never been discounted by much. Outside of higher price points for Nightdive-re-releases I'm not seeing much of a pattern.

Diablo II Resurrected is currently down to 13,19 € (67 %) over on Blizzard's website. Has been going down pretty fast though, so maybe it's worth waiting a bit longer.

I already mentioned this on the 'currently playing' thread, but Titanfall 2 is a mere £3.95 on PlayStation for the next week or so. *Well* worth the money if you don't have it already.

Dead Island & DI Riptide & 2D homage DI fighter all on sale on PS store individually total value approx £5 as 3 separate items. DI Remaster collection via PS store via web (not console storefront) inc all 3 items… £3… bargain? store.playstation.com/en-gb/product/EP4062-CUSA03291_00-DEADISLANDDCTL60Only shame is 30fps even on PS5 but can’t win ‘em all! (60fps with boost on X-Brick X only supposedly…)

Some good games in the Deepest Discount section of gog right now. Thief and Deus Ex for 1 €, Apsulov (atmospheric Horror) for 2, Homeworld, Sleeping Dogs and Bioshock 2 for 3, Fear for 1,39. Divinity 2 (not DOS2!) and Deadly Premonition for about 2.

Popped this in the Gotham Knights thread but it's worth repeating here : it's down to £9.99 on PS5/Xbox with free delivery (if you can't be arsed to collect) at Currys.
This was certainly my jumping on point for a title that didn't wow me when I played the trial but if cheap enough would go for.
