Actually try and cancel your subscription, so it isn't recurring. I did that a while back. Might trigger it? Just done that and still not showing. I'll just have to wait and check the day after it stops. Looks like the discount runs for a couple of weeks so I'll still be covered if it does decide to show up. |

Correct. They also got rid of prepaid subscription cards that they used to officially discount during their Days of Play promo every early summer, that I personally used to renew my sub cheaper, the bastards... |

The removal of the option for store credit in the Stars program a couple of months ago was the most recent thing to annoy me. They constantly seem to remove the best option for things in their programs.
I'd also still really like to be able to change the region of my account without losing any data, but it seems like that will never happen. Baffling that they can't figure out how to do that, and still just tell people to create a new account.

I have to have a Spanish account just to access Spider-Man remastered because I bought Miles Morales in Andorra. It's so stupid that there's no universal account system. It almost feels designed that way when you take into account their business practice of limiting who can buy the PC versions of their games. |

Store credit is still currently available for me to spend my stars on - £5 for 1,250 points or £10 for 2,500. This is on the PlayStation App. |

It’s been removed form loads of accounts at random, mine included. I have no credit options, just the games and in-game content stuff. People have contacted support and got all different answers, but all do confirm it’s been removed and not just missing, so there’s confusion everywhere. Loads of articles and things if you google it.
Unfortunately I live in Sweden (with a UK account) and I’m digital only, so I have no access to trade-ins (and there’s no major chain that does it here like CEX).
I’ve been here for almost 20 years and if I actually have to start a new account and lose all my trophies and stuff, I genuinely would just ditch the platform. Because the exchange rate is what it is, and I’m locked into a foreign store, I also end up paying a little extra for anything I buy. Which is why the Stars thing was really good.

I’ve bought £100 voucher for £86 from Shopto ( I’m gold member for some reason.) and topped my account up but it was due to run out tomorrow. To see if you’re eligible just try and stack it or just renew it. |

I’ve been playing Uncharted 4 on the Portal through cloud and it is running like a dream. This is a legit game changer. Absolutely incredible. All these impossible ports for Switch etc out the door no need.
