It's a really nice controller. The whole range is fantastic, but I sadly couldn't justify a new colourway of something I already have (plenty of controllers and the console lives out of sight).
It's funny that back in the day I looked at the OG PS and thought 'meh, it's grey' but now its beautifully dull-colour gently caresses my nostalgia button.

Mine has just arrived! I ordered two from Argos a few days apart as one is for a mate.
No update on the Argos site but hopefully the 2nd controller turns up soon.

It amazing how a simple colour can make something seem so retro, I mean its a pretty cutting edge controller but it looks like something I would have bought from mad katz in 1998 with 5 turbo buttons :-)

I'm going to do my usual when this off comes up. I'll trade my cosmic black dual sense into cex for €52, then buy a brand new one in smyths and spend my profit on cranberry sauce for my anus.
My controller isn't in bad shape at all, it just makes sense to have a new controller and warranty, and a new battery

We are so used to all appliances being black (and sometimes a bit of white) that suddenly grey seems wacky and "colourful".

I always liked the OG grey on my PSX. Plus sort of gives me childhood memories of picking it up from Dixons with Crash and F1.

I had a shopping list today and none of the games on it have dropped enough yet. I am considering either SW Outlaws or Undisputed as they've both dropped enough to tempt me.
Guess I'll wait for Wukong even more, and forget even hoping DA Vanguard will come down this year.
The 30% off PS+ (and discounted credit on ShopTo) makes that a no brainer though.

Yeah, I moaned about the increases last year, but I still paid for the mid-tier and it's been pretty good value (like, 2 quid a week?). I reckon half the games I've played in the last year have been on there.

14 quid for Suicide Squad is an insane cut from 70 quid launch price.
Other than that nothing really has blown my skirt up as a lot of stuff is just discounted to what the price should have been at launch.
