Aww man. It’s crazy what stuff hits and when. That’s a lot of childhood nostalgia tied up in these older games. Stuff that transgresses the fact that they are just games. Because they’re not.

It's bizarre how and when it triggers and while it's ridiculously intense, it's not all bad, it also brings the awesomeness with it too, so it's still effectively win win, but fuck me, you know when you've been tangoed! |

I bought all 4 of the Reformation albums and will get the fifth if Matt manages to get to the end of it. They’re all fantastic.
Also checking that Hubbard book - am I right in thinking it also comes with access to 120gb of other stuff online?

I really like these 30th Anniv. editions (I liked the 20th Anniv. PS4 too). Something about the dull grey and original 4-colour logo/buttons really gets me.
I won't buy them, but I love them.

Ah shit. I massively regretted not buying the 20th anniversary PS4. I'd absolutely be all over these if they sold optional grey covers for the disc drive, but I really don't want a digital only system (until they force them upon us with the PS6).
I'm 100% down for an anniversary dual sense though!

Higher, even if you had regular versions of everything in the bundle it'd be over £1000 and this is a very limited release.
I think I'll get a DualSense and that'll do me.

I've started playing a game on my PS5 with Astro Bot, the first game I've played for months on the system, and I've immediately started thinking "hmm, what would I consider a worth while bundle to get a Pro?". Astro Bot already looks great and doesn't need to look any better! For the record, if somewhere was including a half price PSVR2 and a year of Plus, then maybe I would think it was an ok deal. I'm assuming the Switch 2 will have release date by the time the Pro is out though, so I think I will be safe from any temptation. |
